Commercial Duct Cleaning
Indoor air quality (IAQ) for business is more than a compliance issue… it makes good business sense to improve productivity while conserving energy.
What you can’t see… can hurt you!
Ensuring clean, healthy indoor air is a necessity for a productive business environment. Poor air quality in a commercial setting can negatively affect worker productivity, health, absenteeism and morale. In addition, building owners with dirty HVAC systems can experience much higher utility expenses, early equipment failure, potential lawsuits and workers comp claims. Because of this, NADCA recommends that commercial HVAC systems be inspected after construction or remodeling activities, and also as part of an indoor air quality management program. We have the capability and credentials to provide periodic inspections of air handling units as well as supply, return and exhaust ductwork.Where system cleaning is indicated, our high quality commercial duct cleaning service restores system cleanliness and enables our clients to realize all of the common sense business advantages that accrue from a well-maintained air duct system.

Under certain conditions, it is advisable to apply an anti-microbial spray onto hard metal duct surfaces. These conditions include visible signs of mold or other odor-causing contamination. Anti-microbial sprays are designed to eliminate odors associated with bacteria, mold, mildew, smoke, animals, cooking and spoilages. Complete cleaning must always precede the application of liquid products. We only use products listed by EPA for use inside ductwork.Coil Cleaning
Coil cleaning is a necessary part of good HVAC system maintenance. Routine duct cleaning includes a light cleaning of coils using vacuum and/or high pressure air washing. If light cleaning is not sufficient, deeper cleaning using power sprayers and chemicals my be required. It is not always possible to adequately clean coils without disassembly.Video Tape
We have the capability to snake through the duct work with a video camera to look for obstructions, contamination, duct integrity, etc. We can document this and provide the customer with a video tape copy. Call to discuss pricing.Commercial Dryer Vent Cleaning
Commercial dryer vent cleaning should be setup on a regular maintenance program to avoid a potential fire hazard. Some signs to look for that your vent may need to be cleaned are:
* If it takes more than 50 minutes to dry items
* If dryer is getting extremely hot during use
* If lint is building up behind the dryer or exhaust ventWe have many maintenance programs already in place and we track the timing of the visits in our scheduling software, so you don’t have to worry about it!
An initial free site visit to determine actual scope of work required to complete the job properly is our standard procedure for developing proposals for commercial work. Please call our office and we will setup an appointment for a site visit by one of our estimators.
We pride ourselves on being trained experts in the field of air duct system restoration. We have the equipment and products to deal with all types of problems, i.e. fire, flood, mold, furnace puff-backs, etc. We have trained personnel to apply sealers, anti-microbial sprays, etc. and we utilize filter material applied to each vent location to prevent recontamination. We are NADCA certified, licensed, insured and bonded.
