Protect Your Property We will do an initial walk through to determine any access or furniture items that require special attention. Work will not begin until your floors are protected. |

HEPA Vacuum Our Abatement HEPA Vacuums are the best in the industry. They are portable units for ultimate flexibility to get close to your furnace unit allowing us to use a large 12” suction hose. |

Negative Air Pressure Our 12” suction hose is attached to the access hole we cut in both the supply and return sides of the system. During the cleaning, all dirt and debris is pulled directly into our vacuum. |

Vent Cover Removal All registers are normally removed in order to give us access to the inside of each duct run. If vents are painted on, we take a razor blade along edge for a clean removal. |

Scrub The System Pulling large volumes of air toward our vacuum, we now send our air sweep tools down each supply run to agitate and get airborne all the dirt & dust that has accumulated in your system. |

Cold Air Returns Once all the supply ducts are clean, we move to the return air side of your system. This includes all the grill covers and drops throughout your house. |

Trunks and Plenums All trunk lines and plenums for supply and returns are cleaned with our air whips and 1” access holes required are sealed with special plastic plugs to prevent air loss. |

Furnace Interior The cleaning is completed with the air-washing and vacuuming of the drop, filter box, A/C coil, blower fan and cabinet interior. |

Sealing Up Your System New galvanized metal access panels which overlap the openings are installed. These are screwed in place and taped to prevent air loss. Floors are swept and all debris is removed. |

Final Walk Thru We walk through your home with you and our checklist to ensure your satisfaction. We then ask for payment and issue you coupons to participate in our Customer Referral Program. |
